REFLECTION TASK First Reflection : Emotional self-management The emotions are difficult to  manage when arguing with others, In my personal case i consider myself sometimes as rude because when  I try to defend my opinion just when know that  i have strong  arguments, i feel  angry,   but sometimes when i am not clearly sure, i respect other's opinions and i try to complement or help to analyze the pros and the cons. when i have those feelings, i try to keep calm, breathe, and not to say anything, and  when i feel better  i try  to discuss, because i know that opinions depends on different ways humans experience life.
